Founded in 2024 in the heart of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Grace & Gather began as a small home bakery with a big dream: to create artisan breads and fermented drinks that nourish both body and soul.
Our journey started with a simple sourdough starter and a desire to slow down, embrace traditional methods, and build genuine connections with our community. What began in our kitchen has grown into a thriving bakery that serves families throughout Laguna.

Sourdough Bread
• Home grown starter: Our mother starter has been carefully maintained and fed
• Long fermentation: 12-24 hour fermentation process for optimal flavor and digestibility
• Hand-shaped: Each loaf is carefully shaped by hand for the perfect texture
• Stone-baked: Baked in our stone oven for the perfect crust and crumb

• SCOBY culture: Our healthy SCOBY produces the perfect balance of flavors
• Two-stage fermentation: Primary and secondary fermentation for complex flavors
