Last week’s fun experiment!

My first time using a chocolate sourdough starter, inspired by @shebakesourdough.

This bread has a subtle hint of coffee, a rich but not-too-sweet chocolate depth, a tender, moist crumb.

The roasted pistachios bring a delightful contrast—nutty, crunchy, and a touch indulgent.

Can’t wait to see where this experiment takes me next.
